Due to COVID, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL! No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges Allowed unless we have made a mistake packing your order. 

Winter Bear will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, and/or
stolen packages. Please Contact your local USPS Office. Email us & we will
find a solution. <3

Shipping fee includes an insurance, that in case of loss or theft; partial or full
refund will be given depending on the event and Serpost.
Claims for alleged losses must be made no later than 2 weeks after the
estimated delivery date.

Winter Bear does not take accountability for packages being shipped to the
wrong address because of customer’s error. If you have entered a wrong
